Training Programs

1. • Participants must complete the registration process, including providing accurate personal details and paying the required fees, to secure a spot in the training program.
   • The training sessions will follow the schedule provided, and punctuality is expected. Missing sessions may result in incomplete certification.
   • Training materials and techniques shared during sessions are proprietary and must not be reproduced, shared, or used for commercial purposes without written consent from Techno Mushrooms.
   • Any changes to the training schedule will be communicated in advance. Techno Mushrooms reserves the right to modify or cancel sessions due to unforeseen circumstances.

2. Certification

   • Certificates will only be awarded to participants who complete the entire training program and demonstrate the required skills through assessments or practical evaluations.
   • Any discrepancies in the certification must be reported within 7 days of issuance for correction.

3. Mushroom Production and Supply

   • Customers must place orders for mushrooms at least 2 days in advance to ensure availability and timely delivery.
   • Mushrooms supplied by Techno Mushrooms are organically grown, adhering to sustainable farming practices, and inspected for quality before delivery.
   • Customers are responsible for storing mushrooms in the recommended conditions to maintain freshness and quality after delivery.
   • Any product-related concerns must be raised within 24 hours of receipt. Refunds or replacements will be considered on a case-by-case basis.

4. Pricing and Payments

   • All prices for training programs and mushroom products are subject to change based on market conditions, and any updates will be communicated in advance.
   • Payments must be made in full before the delivery of products or commencement of training sessions. Accepted modes of payment include bank transfer, UPI, or cash.
   • Invoices will be provided for all transactions.

5. Bulk Orders and Discounts

   • Bulk orders for mushrooms are eligible for discounts, which will be negotiated based on the order quantity and delivery schedule.
   • Advance payment is required for bulk orders to confirm and process them.

6. Customer Responsibilities

   • Customers must provide accurate delivery addresses and contact details while placing orders.
   • Any failure to provide correct information resulting in missed or delayed deliveries is the responsibility of the customer.

7. Promotions and Offers

   • Promotional offers or discounts are time-bound and subject to terms specified in the promotion.
   • Techno Mushrooms reserves the right to cancel or modify promotional offers without prior notice.

8. Liability and Warranty

   • While Techno Mushrooms ensures the highest quality of training and products, it is not liable for any unintended results or damages arising from improper use or storage of mushrooms or misuse of training materials.
   • Participants and customers must adhere to the instructions provided for optimal results.

9. Intellectual Property Rights

   • All training materials, methodologies, and content shared by Techno Mushrooms remain the intellectual property of the firm. Any unauthorized reproduction, sharing, or use is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

10. Amendments to Terms and Conditions

• Techno Mushrooms reserves the right to revise or update these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Changes will be communicated through official channels and apply immediately upon notification.
